Withdrawal (EU consumers)
You have 14 days to withdraw from a digital service, except where performance began immediately with your express consent and waiver of that right — which is the case for access or a download activated at once.
Refunds
Requests may be sent to contact@klyvoplay.com. Failed payments, duplicate charges or unresolved technical issues on our side are refunded.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account. Access stays active until the end of the current period; no further renewal is charged.
