1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the KLYVO PLAY application (the "Service"), published by RBPSLIMITESS LTD, and the purchase of its paid options.
2. Nature of the Service
KLYVO PLAY is a media player. It provides, sells and hosts no content. Users connect their own playlists (M3U / Xtream) and are solely responsible for the sources they use; they represent that they hold the necessary rights or authorisations.
3. Account and activation
The app is activated with a virtual MAC address and a Device Key shown in the app — no email or password.
4. Pricing
Yearly access to the app: €10 per year. Offline-downloads add-on: €7 (one-time). Prices include applicable taxes. Payments are processed by our provider Stripe; the publisher stores no card data.
5. Subscription and renewal
Yearly access renews automatically each year unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account; access remains active until the end of the period already paid.
6. Right of withdrawal
EU consumers have 14 days to withdraw, except where performance of the digital service began immediately with your express consent and waiver of that right. See the Refund Policy.
7. User obligations
You undertake to use only sources you are authorised to use and not to misuse the Service for unlawful purposes. Any breach is your sole responsibility.
8. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". The publisher is not liable for third-party content connected by the user, nor for unavailability beyond its control.
9. Personal data
The processing of your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the publisher's registered office. Disputes are subject to the competent courts, without prejudice to consumers' mandatory rights.
